I almost forgot this cake ever existed! I made it as a welcome present for two housemates who turned out to suck! This cake was way better than them.But for real, I love tiered cakes. They're not really much harder to make than the alternative, and they're so effing pretty. I haven't made a tiered cake in a few months, but maybe I'll make one when Heather is back in town or for the next Get Busy house party.
